The only thing we ask is that the fixture is the right fit for the existing rough-in; if it isn't, we'll tell you before we start and explain what it takes to make it work.
Most faucet swaps are done in an hour or two — shut the water, pull the old one, set the new one, connect the supply lines, and test. Toilets are similar: out with the old, in with the new, and bolted down. We quote the labor flat-rate first so you know the number before we turn a wrench.
